CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your meal subscription online at any time by emailing: chef@chefalexjones.com
Cancellations for an upcoming meal delivery must be made no later than Saturday at 5pm for following Tuesday delivery. You may choose to receive a credit for future use. (Preferred method) or get refunded on your credit card on file.
Any orders made after 5pm on Saturday for following Tuesday delivery are non-cancellable, order-change policy still applies.
REFUNDS
If you are dissatisfied with a meal for any reason, please contact us at contact@chefalex.com within seven (7) days of the date you received the meal. Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, replace the meal at our expense, provide you a full or partial refund of the purchase price for that meal, or provide you with Credits for that meal or meal ingredient that will automatically be applied to future deliveries under your Meal Subscription or Meal Purchases, as applicable.
Any credits or refunds beyond those stipulated in our terms and conditions are at the sole discretion of management.
All refunds will be done trough the same credit card used in the original transaction, customer can choose to keep refund amount as a credit for future purchase or gift credit to another party.
PRIVACY POLICY
As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information that can be used to individually identify a person or household, and may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, postal or other physical address, credit or debit card number, title, and other information reasonably linkable to an individual or household with or without other identifying information in our possession.
We may update this policy from time to time, and we will provide notice of any changes, for example, by sending an email notification, providing notice through the Sites or updating the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy whenever you use or access the Sites

We collect and use the categories of Personal Information listed above in order to get you delicious meals and otherwise provide our Services, to communicate with you about your subscription and our Services, to provide customer support and troubleshooting, to improve our business, for security purposes, for other legitimate business purposes, or as required by law.
We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise allow third party access to our client information whatsoever.
Credit Card information collected is ONLY kept on Credit Card processing company’s servers subject to strict PCI compliance. Our website or servers do not hold any Credit Card information, just information described above.
Last, we disclose Personal Information to courts, law enforcement, and other appropriate third parties when the disclosure is required or authorized by law or reasonably necessary for the protection of our property or legal rights.
